Cathy is an internationally recognized training designer dedicated to saving the world from boring instruction. She’s a passionate advocate for improving business performance by respecting and deeply challenging people.
Her advice and designs have been used by organizations that include Microsoft, Pfizer, the US Army, Barclays, and the US Department of the Interior. She’s the creator of the action mapping model of training design used to improve performance by companies worldwide.

A brutally honest consultant, Emily Cohen has been honored to consult and work with many leading design firms across the country. She loves sharing her expertise through speaking engagements, guest posts, her courses on LinkedIn Learning/Lynda.com and Skillshare, her industry activism, and, most recently, in her new business book for creatives, Brutally Honest: No-bullshit business strategies to evolve your creative business. Emily Cohen is also fast-talker, a designer by degree, an avid reader, a trend-spotter, a connector, and her client’s advocate.

Martin Percy is a director of immersive and interactive educational films for digital devices. For this, he has won a BAFTA British Academy Award, six Webby Awards, a Grand Clio, three Emmy nominations, four gold e-Learning Awards, given a TEDx talk, etc. His work includes Lifesaver, Lifesaver VR, Real Talk About Suicide, Heart Class, A Conversation with Sir Ian McKellen, etc.
He has created immersive/interactive films for the Tate Gallery, Asian Art Museum of San Francisco, British Film Institute and National Theatre.
Journalist and creator of the podcast Trace
Rachael Brown is a journalist for the ABC based in Melbourne. Rachael started her career as the ABC's Melbourne cadet in 2002. In 2008, she won the Walkley award for Best Radio Current Affairs Report. She is the host and creator of the ABC's true crime podcast Trace.

Bianca is a Senior Education Developer at Deakin University with 13-years’ experience in digital
learning, design and assessment.
With professional experience across corporate, government, not-for-profit and tertiary learning
environments, Bianca specialises in digital pedagogy and course design, including expertise in
narrative-based learning, digital storytelling, writing, editing and multimedia production.

Cath Ellis is a Freelance Learning Experience Designer at Cath Ellis Learning Design, a boutique eLearning company in Victoria, Australia.
She has more than two decades of experience creating award-winning learning experiences for clients across the globe.
She lives in the Dandenong Ranges with her Wife and three puppies.

Colin is an experienced learning professional, passionate about learning design, media production, and product management. For the past five years he’s been working in Melbourne, in a number of roles across higher education as well as the private sector.
Originally from Scotland, he’s recently returned to the United Kingdom and is currently working with Kings College London in setting up an academic preparation course for fully online delivery.

Dale holds degrees in Multimedia Design and Computer Science and worked in Motion graphics and Instructional animation for over 10 years before refocusing on web development. Dale also has over 10 years' experience teaching After Effects and continues to teach animation while working as a developer. His animation work has been shortlisted in the Qantm Create Design Awards and his development work has been shortlisted as well as won Best Website. As a teacher, designer, and coder, Dale's experience makes him well positioned to solve and simplify everyday development tasks.

Egle Vinauskaite is a learning consultant and director of Skillbright Labs, an edtech product development consultancy. She has experimented her way through digital learning mediums as diverse as courses, apps, platforms, academies, MR/VR, and worked with such brands as Facebook, Google, HSBC, ACCA as well as some of the most exciting startups around.
Egle has an Ed.M. from Harvard and is the Rising Star Award winner at the LPI’s Learning Awards 2020.

James Ser is a digital design manager and an avid photographer at SAP Litmos. He has worked on several creative projects including advertising, multimedia design, e-learning and taught a number of digital design subjects at Swinburne University Faculty of Design. He is passionate about making e-learning experiences simple, effective and beautiful. When he’s not in front of his computer, he loves spending his time cycling on his road bike.
Games Developer
Jason Butler has worked in the creative digital industry since 2007, as a front end designer and developer. After a stint in the UK indie games sector as a games developer he brought his desire to create engaging and interactive experiences into digital learning when he joined Sponge in 2014. Since then he has been a champion for games based learning and gamification, creating innovative projects for global clients to create engaging and award winning content.

Jason Reed is a Senior Learning Experience Designer who has worked on dozens of award-winning projects during his time at Croomo. He has managed teams, overseen projects involving branching storytelling, scenario-based learning, animation, and more. He regularly facilitates client workshops to analyse training needs, tailor solutions for their users, and find opportunities to connect with learners.

Karl is known internationally for his work on gamification, games and game-thinking.
